How does the credit system work?
FactuVoz consumes 1 credit from your balance each time you perform one of the following actions:
AI Processing: if you use AI to process and generate documents (for example, to generate an invoice, a quote, a delivery note…), you consume 1 credit.
Issuing an invoice: the process of issuing and creating the invoice document consumes 1 credit.
For example, if you use voice to create your invoice with AI and then issue it, you will consume 2 credits.
You have the option to create your invoice manually, in which case you will only consume 1 credit upon issuing it.
Generating other documents (quotes, delivery notes, or received invoices) and creating clients or suppliers do not consume credits, unless you use voice commands and AI to generate them.
What happens if I don't issue any invoices in a month?
Absolutely nothing. Your account will remain fully active, accessible, and operational. Credits do not expire or get lost.
Does FactuVoz 100% comply with Veri*Factu and TicketBAI?
Yes, FactuVoz includes TicketBAI (Basque Country) and Veri*Factu (rest of Spain) at no additional cost.
How does voice invoicing work?
Tap the microphone and tell FactuVoz what you want to do. For example: «Issue an invoice to Mercedes Pérez for plumbing services. €320 plus VAT».
FactuVoz will use AI to detect the client, concept, amount, and VAT, generating your document in seconds.
What type of documents can I create?
With FactuVoz you can create and manage quotes, delivery notes, and invoices. You can also record supplier purchases.
Can I import my current clients?
Yes, you can import your current client database using an Excel or CSV file.
You can also add them manually or use AI to process and add them at the moment of generating the invoice.
How does the 10 free invoices gift work?
To get your 10 free credits, you simply need to sign up. Your credits will automatically appear in your account when you log in for the first time. You don’t need to do anything else.
Can I correct a voice-dictated invoice before issuing it?
Yes, absolutely. Before officially issuing the invoice to the Tax Agency, FactuVoz shows you an interactive draft on screen. If the AI made any small mistake with a figure or a client’s name, you can correct it manually in a second or redictate it before hitting send.
What is included in the pay-as-you-go model?
The pay-as-you-go model allows you to purchase credit packs without monthly subscriptions or fees. Each credit equals one action (such as processing a note with AI or issuing a document). Your credits never expire, and you only consume them when you actually work and use the platform.
In which languages is FactuVoz available?
FactuVoz is available in 9 languages: Spanish, English, Basque, Catalan, Galician, French, Portuguese, German, and Italian. The interface, voice commands, and dictation recognition work in all of them.
