How does the points system work?
FactuVoz consumes 1 point from your balance each time you perform one of the following actions:
- AI Processing: if you use AI to process and generate documents (for example, to generate an invoice, a quote, a delivery note…) you consume 1 point.
- Issuing an invoice: the process of issuing and creating the invoice document consumes 1 point.
For example, if you use voice to make your invoice with AI and then issue it, you will consume 2 points.
You have the option to make your invoice manually, in which case you will only consume 1 point upon issuing it.
Generating other documents (quotes, delivery notes, or received invoices) and creating clients or suppliers do not consume points, unless you use voice commands and AI to generate them.
What happens if I don't issue any invoices for a month?
Absolutely nothing. Your account will remain fully active, accessible, and operational. Points will not expire or be lost.
Is Factuvoz 100% compliant with VeriFactu and TicketBAI?
